My initial idea was to document the process of becoming a shift supervisor at Starbucks, but because my store was in need of a supervisor and everyone I worked with was waiting on me to turn 18 so I could promote anyway, I ended up skipping a lot of the process. As I put this project together (gather photos and look through artifacts) I am realizing more and more that my coworkers are the best part of my job. I became a better artist, and I had fewer screw-ups. I have a lot more experience than I do a year ago, for sure, especially with exposures and printing images. (1)
