All I can say is plan ahead and plan early. · Capstone can seem really overwhelming at first, but it's really what you make and take away from it. It is a great way to show your creativity and teach others about something you learned. Definitely start brainstorming ideas because your capstone might change from what you initially thought it woul · Capstone isn’t that difficult, choose something you’re interested in it will make it easier! · Choose something that interests you, something you're passionate about. Don't choose a project because you think it will be easy, choose one that you will benefit and intrigue you. Stand out, be unique, and have fun with it. · Determination and being honest with yourself is key—don't sign yourself up for a project that's too much to handle no matter how ideal it sounds. Choose one you won't grow tired of and can stay dedicated to through and through. · Do it as fast as you can because you can’t predict what can happen. · Do it. · Do not procrastinate. No matter how much you want to, don't do it. Because you're going to regret it. Ask your teachers for help because I promise you they want to help, and they want you to succeed. · Do what interests you, even if it has nothing to do with your House. · Do what you love and know. · Don't be too hard on yourself. If you don't meet your own expectations, or anyone else's, that isn't necessarily the worst thing in the world. Room for improvement is just that. You do what you can do, and you keep going. If someone else is accomplishing a lot, but you can't do as much, that doesn't · Don't do what I did, it did not work out lmao. · Don't get to attached to your first idea, because it's going to change and one thing I had to let go, well try to let go, was my need to have everything be perfect, because it won't be perfect but you have to still do it and can't give up. · Don't miss out on opportunities that I wish I have taken more advantage of. I hope by seeing all the seniors' presentations you are inspired to know what you want to do for your career. · Don't rush your Senior year! I was so excited for Senior year to start so that I could be done with high school. When my last year ended abruptly due to Covid-19 I realized that I wasn't ready for it to be over. Learning about small engines and dirt bikes, lawn mowers and four wheelers, and power washers and weed-eaters and other stuff. (1) · My project is artwork and painting, realistic and cartoon. A lot of different colors. (1) · My project is basically talking about how social media changes our brains and how we deal with those changes. It talks about many statistics and studies that scientists and universities have done on the brain itself. None (1) · I described it the same: how social media effects a person and how it changes your mind. (1) · I started with the children's museum and then I moved to art. (1) · Originally, I wanted to just print out pictures of the teachers I've had and get some tracing paper and trace it onto the canvas. (1)

None (1) · I decided to change the way I sketched the paintings. I had talks with Karner and Foshee about how I could make this project better. They asked why I was tracing instead of drawing it myself. I took a couple of days to process that as well. Why was I doing that? It always felt like I was a fake ever (1) · I had to change my Capstone some. I was going to interview people about how social media effects them specifically, but that obviously wasn’t able to happen. (1) · Things did go as planned when I moved to doing art work. I was doing the Children's museum and then I changed it to art because I know more about art. (1)

I learned that it takes time and focus. (1) · I learned to stay true to my style and trust the process. Also how I need to realize that I'm not going to be a professional painter/artist overnight. Also stop giving myself such a hard time. (1) · I’m glad that I did something I was genuinely interested in. I use social media frequently so I was curious about the studies done on it. (1) · It was pretty cool to see the inside of the engines and learning new things. (1)
