Definitely start brainstorming ideas because your capstone might change from what you initially thought it woul · Capstone isn’t that difficult, choose something you’re interested in it will make it easier! · Choose something that interests you, something you're passionate about. Don't choose a project because you think it will be easy, choose one that you will benefit and intrigue you. Stand out, be unique, and have fun with it. · Determination and being honest with yourself is key—don't sign yourself up for a project that's too much to handle no matter how ideal it sounds. Choose one you won't grow tired of and can stay dedicated to through and through. · Do it as fast as you can because you can’t predict what can happen. · Do it. · Do not procrastinate. No matter how much you want to, don't do it. Because you're going to regret it. Ask your teachers for help because I promise you they want to help, and they want you to succeed. · Do what interests you, even if it has nothing to do with your House. · Do what you love and know. · Don't be too hard on yourself. If you don't meet your own expectations, or anyone else's, that isn't necessarily the worst thing in the world. Room for improvement is just that. You do what you can do, and you keep going. If someone else is accomplishing a lot, but you can't do as much, that doesn't · Don't do what I did, it did not work out lmao. · Don't get to attached to your first idea, because it's going to change and one thing I had to let go, well try to let go, was my need to have everything be perfect, because it won't be perfect but you have to still do it and can't give up. · Don't miss out on opportunities that I wish I have taken more advantage of. I hope by seeing all the seniors' presentations you are inspired to know what you want to do for your career. · Don't rush your Senior year! I was so excited for Senior year to start so that I could be done with high school. When my last year ended abruptly due to Covid-19 I realized that I wasn't ready for it to be over. I wrote a few chapters of my fictional novel, as well as wrote out some notes for myself to help me imagine the world as I write it. (1) · It began in 1914 after the assassination of Archduke Franz Ferdinand and lasted until 1918. During the conflict, Germany, Austria-Hungary, Bulgaria and the Ottoman Empire (the Central Powers) fought against Great Britain, France, Russia, Italy, Romania, Japan and the United States (the Allied Powers (1) · Learning about small engines and dirt bikes, lawn mowers and four wheelers, and power washers and weed-eaters and other stuff. (1) · My project is basically talking about how social media changes our brains and how we deal with those changes. It talks about many statistics and studies that scientists and universities have done on the brain itself. (1)

None (1) · I described it the same: how social media effects a person and how it changes your mind. (1) · I originally was going to do the history of chemical warfare. (1) · I started with the intention to write the whole book, which would look somewhere around 20 or so chapters. I knew it wouldn't have happened in the end, but I wanted to set the end goal for myself. (1)

None (1) · I had to change from a tri-fold like presentation to a slideshow which honestly in hindsight worked a lot better and I was able to fit a lot more information on it. (1) · I had to change my Capstone some. I was going to interview people about how social media effects them specifically, but that obviously wasn’t able to happen. (1) · I instead ended up writing 3 chapters and editing them, and, while I'm not the most proud of how they turned out, I'm glad I was able to finally put out some drafts for later writing. (1)

I learned that Germany's at fault for bring Lenin into Russia which was a really risky move that I'm not entirely sure was worth it. (1) · I've grown immensely as a writer, both objectively and subjectively. I learned how to write and compose scenes of a narrative more clearly, and to make less mistakes and convey my image in better ways. The most important thing I gained from this project however, was better confidence in my own writi (1) · I’m glad that I did something I was genuinely interested in. I use social media frequently so I was curious about the studies done on it. (1) · It was pretty cool to see the inside of the engines and learning new things. (1)
