Definitely start brainstorming ideas because your capstone might change from what you initially thought it woul · Capstone isn’t that difficult, choose something you’re interested in it will make it easier! · Choose something that interests you, something you're passionate about. Don't choose a project because you think it will be easy, choose one that you will benefit and intrigue you. Stand out, be unique, and have fun with it. · Determination and being honest with yourself is key—don't sign yourself up for a project that's too much to handle no matter how ideal it sounds. Choose one you won't grow tired of and can stay dedicated to through and through. · Do it as fast as you can because you can’t predict what can happen. · Do it. · Do not procrastinate. No matter how much you want to, don't do it. Because you're going to regret it. Ask your teachers for help because I promise you they want to help, and they want you to succeed. · Do what interests you, even if it has nothing to do with your House. · Do what you love and know. · Don't be too hard on yourself. If you don't meet your own expectations, or anyone else's, that isn't necessarily the worst thing in the world. Room for improvement is just that. You do what you can do, and you keep going. If someone else is accomplishing a lot, but you can't do as much, that doesn't · Don't do what I did, it did not work out lmao. · Don't get to attached to your first idea, because it's going to change and one thing I had to let go, well try to let go, was my need to have everything be perfect, because it won't be perfect but you have to still do it and can't give up. · Don't miss out on opportunities that I wish I have taken more advantage of. I hope by seeing all the seniors' presentations you are inspired to know what you want to do for your career. · Don't rush your Senior year! I was so excited for Senior year to start so that I could be done with high school. When my last year ended abruptly due to Covid-19 I realized that I wasn't ready for it to be over. But as time went on I kept gravitating towards piano and eventually decided to make a song on piano instead. · I originally was going to do the history of chemical warfare. · I originally was writing a blog on the different hobbies and skills I was teaching myself and documenting the progress and how it shaped me as a person. · I planned a beekeeping project but never started. · I planned on doing my project on my cross country training. · I said I would be doing a PowerPoint presentation on the history of the Tulsa SPCA.

I had to change from a tri-fold like presentation to a slideshow which honestly in hindsight worked a lot better and I was able to fit a lot more information on it. (1)

I learned that Germany's at fault for bring Lenin into Russia which was a really risky move that I'm not entirely sure was worth it. (1)
