My project is basically talking about how social media changes our brains and how we deal with those changes. It talks about many statistics and studies that scientists and universities have done on the brain itself. (1) · Throughout the year I have been shooting digital and film photography. I have been experimenting by using black and white as well as color film, and Photoshop! I have taken this opportunity to expand my portfolio. (1) · When I was enrolled in the TV production program at Tulsa Tech me and some friends set out to create a sitcom. I am presenting a part of the script I had written for the series. (1)

It was exactly as I ended up with! I wanted to expose people to the concept of our differences being skin deep. Regardless of our born identities, we aren't different. Our cultures may be different, and our · I had always planned to involve my art in my capstone. · I originally described it as a furthering of talents I already had — learning composition for drawings and paintings, making my own molds and designing my own resin pieces, and learning how to sew better (I had basic knowledge before). · I originally started out with an idea to create a book about the physio-psychological impacts of music. But as time went on I kept gravitating towards piano and eventually decided to make a song on piano instead. · I originally was going to do the history of chemical warfare. · I originally was writing a blog on the different hobbies and skills I was teaching myself and documenting the progress and how it shaped me as a person. · I planned a beekeeping project but never started. · I planned on doing my project on my cross country training. · I said I would be doing a PowerPoint presentation on the history of the Tulsa SPCA.

I decided to focus more on the photography part of my project, and that's when I expanded to digital as well as color film. (1) · I had to change my Capstone some. I was going to interview people about how social media effects them specifically, but that obviously wasn’t able to happen. (1) · We weren't able to film any of it. (1)

I learned I actually really enjoy color film and I think I'll be using it a lot more often now. (1) · I’m glad that I did something I was genuinely interested in. I use social media frequently so I was curious about the studies done on it. (1) · Things often fall apart. (1)
