I will be showing you different drawings of water and land animals. (1) · This project is a brief history on the subject of intolerance and racism. Many racial crimes and histories have been buried and replaced with perfect stories that idealize white men. In this project I expose the buried truths that have been ignored for centuries, so people can understand the origin (1) · Wooden canvases I painted with the teachers I've had throughout all the 4 years that I've been to TSAS. A collection of short stories coupled with paintings. (1) · My proposal was a history of art and why people keep making it. (1) · Originally, I wanted to just print out pictures of the teachers I've had and get some tracing paper and trace it onto the canvas. (1)

None (1) · I decided to change the way I sketched the paintings. I had talks with Karner and Foshee about how I could make this project better. They asked why I was tracing instead of drawing it myself. I took a couple of days to process that as well. Why was I doing that? It always felt like I was a fake ever (1) · I live very close to Greenwood and my teacher pointed out how vastly important the anniversary was. I felt a responsibility to honor the deaths and educate others on how to prevent these tragedies in the future. (1)

I have learned that changing your mind is okay and that once I find something I am very passionate about, it is easy to follow through. (1) · I learned to stay true to my style and trust the process. Also how I need to realize that I'm not going to be a professional painter/artist overnight. Also stop giving myself such a hard time.
