I wrote a few chapters of my fictional novel, as well as wrote out some notes for myself to help me imagine the world as I write it. (1) · This is a project of just my everyday life at Tulsa Tech. It also shows the difference between it and a traditional high school. Also how it affected my future and also how it helped me get jobs, internship, etc. (1) · This is the animation based off of my first art journal of freshman year. It shows things that I’ve seen, thought about, and experienced from my time at TSAS. This video encompasses ending this chapter of my life. (1)

I started with an animation video explaining my plan to balance my practical job with my art job. (1) · I started with the intention to write the whole book, which would look somewhere around 20 or so chapters. I knew it wouldn't have happened in the end, but I wanted to set the end goal for myself. (1) · My experience the same as I finished it. (1)

I instead ended up writing 3 chapters and editing them, and, while I'm not the most proud of how they turned out, I'm glad I was able to finally put out some drafts for later writing. (1) · My first idea was scrapped because I found that I didn’t have a passion for any practical job and couldn’t be happy with settling for an office job. (1) · Yeah, they went as planned. I had originally planned to do it with my other friends who went to Tulsa Tech, so you could see the comparison between the experiences. (1)

I've grown immensely as a writer, both objectively and subjectively. I learned how to write and compose scenes of a narrative more clearly, and to make less mistakes and convey my image in better ways. The most important thing I gained from this project however, was better confidence in my own writi (1) · I've realized I wasn’t happy with living a practical life. I’m not sure if I will go into animation but it’s my #1 option right now. It has the perfect balance of something I like to do and something that is difficult.
