For my project, I created a business that covers Photography, Painting, Prints, Literary Books, Blogging, and More! I hope that my work can make an impact on people, at a reasonable price. My project is intended to help other people through my perception. You can view my entire project at this link: (1) · I have been a Starbucks Partner for over two years, of that I was a barista for 11 months, a trainer for 9 and a Supervisor for the last 6. It took two separate interviews with two different store managers to finally get the job, but as soon as I did I fell in love with the job, my store, and cowork (1) · I made a video containing a poem read off by me and my three competition dances from senior year. (1) · I've always loved working with kids! I've been volunteering at Mark Twain Elementary for years with my previous teachers and with my youth group. I decided to do my capstone on early childhood learning. I volunteered weekly with Joyce Hembree, a Pre-K teacher at Mark Twain. (1) · My capstone is about me showing my TulsaTech experience and their expectations. I show how I got started and what we did on our first day, and how I can make a career in the automotive program. (1) · My original capstone project was to create an irrigation system for the plants in the Commons on top of the bookshelf. I designed the dropper, the base, end caps, the hose splitter, and connectors. I have my irrigation system put together on a metal shelf that I bought to finish the project. My irri (1) · My project was going to be a scooter edit. It was back when I was more into scootering and I know it's not good but I tried my best with the limited skills I have. (1)

First I was going to do a video of how my experience went but it didn't work out, so I had to take pictures instead. I adjusted a lot by using more materials for my project. At first it was all about my EMSA program experience, but I felt like I didn't have enough information on it so I decided to d (1) · For the most part my project went as planned. I went weekly and volunteered at Mark Twain. I also received a job offer after volunteering at the Common Good. The end of my project did not go as planned. I was going to take videos of some of the teachers and students asking about their experience thr (1) · I completely started over and changed my entire project. (1) · I have been super excited about presenting everything I have learned working at Starbucks and promoting within the company since we heard about the capstone project at the end of our sophomore year! As soon as we heard about it I knew I was going to present my promotions at Starbucks and everything (1) · I used a poem and added my two other dances. (1) · It felt like I had to completely change my project. I had to downsize everything and almost start over. I lost the capability to set up the system how I had originally designed it. In order for the new system to work I had to completely change the way that the water was going to flow to the plants. (1) · Realizing I have no money for it. (1) · Things went as planned, and I ended up doing way more than I thought. I imagined this project being way smaller, but then again it is only the beginning of this project too. (1)

None (1) · As I put this project together (gather photos and look through artifacts) I am realizing more and more that my coworkers are the best part of my job. From starting as a barista and working alongside most of them to learning from my supervisors (and friends) to becoming one of them. All of my barista (1) · Early childhood education is often overlooked as an easy babysitting job when in reality it's far from it. Early educators have the responsibility to prepare their class to be successful learners in upcoming years. It's crucial to have achieved such skills as: knowing the abc's, counting, reading, a (1) · I did the best that I could with the time that I had. I made a system that worked and that watered my plants. It is not nearly as fancy or sophisticated as I had originally planned on it being, but I still made it happen and I am proud of it. It was a struggle and a half to completely spin and start (1) · I had to quit scooting shortly after the problem, so I wish I was able to make it better sorry. (1) · I learned a lot about myself. I also learned a lot of new art mediums and started looking at it with an even broader perspective. This year I learned a lot, and with learning changes your perspective of things... It makes you better! (1) · I learned there are many opportunities you can try from seeing everybody's presentation and you might want to try out that for your own career. I wish I could be hands-on, showing you guys what I'm really capable of. (1) · I was overworking myself and took on too big of a workload. (1)
