Choose something that interests you, something you're passionate about. Don't choose a project because you think it will be easy, choose one that you will benefit and intrigue you. Stand out, be unique, and have fun with it. (1) ·
Do what interests you, even if it has nothing to do with your House. (1) ·
Don't be too hard on yourself. If you don't meet your own expectations, or anyone else's, that isn't necessarily the worst thing in the world. Room for improvement is just that. You do what you can do, and you keep going. If someone else is accomplishing a lot, but you can't do as much, that doesn't (1) ·
Don't miss out on opportunities that I wish I have taken more advantage of. I hope by seeing all the seniors' presentations you are inspired to know what you want to do for your career. (1) ·
HAVE A BACKUP PLAN!! And a backup plan for that. But remember there is a such thing as too safe. Let loose but be prepared for failures and lessons. (1) ·
If you're doing darkroom photography, don't give up. The stress and the aggravation is worth it. If you have given photography, especially film, a try and didn't like it—that's okay! (1) ·
Respect your teachers, and ALL faculty! Don't vape in the bathrooms and set a good example for the classes below you. And most of all, HAVE FUN NEXT YEAR and live it up. First I was going to do a video of how my experience went but it didn't work out, so I had to take pictures instead. I adjusted a lot by using more materials for my project. I had to change from a tri-fold like presentation to a slideshow which honestly in hindsight worked a lot better and I was able to fit a lot more information on it. (1) ·

Things absolutely did not go as planned, and I changed my project idea multiple times. In the end, a combination of procrastination, executive dysfunction, depression, and inability to focus left me with nothing to work with and little time to put something together. Things didn't exactly go as planned with everything going on (of course): I still have prints in the darkroom and all of my photo paper. I'm using what I already have, which in my opinion I think is still enough. (1) ·

I became a better artist, and I had fewer screw-ups. I have a lot more experience than I do a year ago, for sure, especially with exposures and printing images. (1) ·
I did the best that I could with the time that I had. I made a system that worked and that watered my plants. It is not nearly as fancy or sophisticated as I had originally planned on it being, but I still made it happen and I am proud of it. It was a struggle and a half to completely spin and start (1) ·
I learned a lot about myself. I also learned a lot of new art mediums and started looking at it with an even broader perspective. This year I learned a lot, and with learning changes your perspective of things... It makes you better! (1) ·
I learned that Germany's at fault for bring Lenin into Russia which was a really risky move that I'm not entirely sure was worth it. (1) ·
I learned that not all dog breeds are the same with sicknesses or even injuries, I also learned how to sanitize properly and safely for animals. The takeaways were having to realize that not all you try to save might make it, but at least you tried and gave them hope at the end. (1) ·
I learned there are many opportunities you can try from seeing everybody's presentation and you might want to try out that for your own career. I wish I could be hands-on, showing you guys what I'm really capable of. (1) ·
I've realized I wasn’t happy with living a practical life. I’m not sure if I will go into animation but it’s my #1 option right now. It has the perfect balance of something I like to do and something that is difficult. (1) ·

This project made me wonder how many more systems that are in place have major issues such as this one and how can we fix them to better those systems so that they continue to work for us not against us. (1)
