Don't be too hard on yourself. If you don't meet your own expectations, or anyone else's, that isn't necessarily the worst thing in the world. Room for improvement is just that. Due to lack of enrichment and work, I decided to change my capstone to photography. Luckily enough, I had already been attending a photo class. Ms. Butcher took me under her wing right away to help brainstorm and envision how to build a portfolio and give an artist statement. (1) ·

I made everything available to the public online and made a media out of it. It was actually better than I imagined and far more accessible. (1) ·
My first idea was scrapped because I found that I didn’t have a passion for any practical job and couldn’t be happy with settling for an office job. (1) ·
So it was going as planned, and I even had a backup which is my book I'm writing but I didn't finish my book in time and I wasn't really impressed my how I wrote in my blog, so I changed it to my depop shop, that way all my work is the same but just presented in a different fashion. (1) ·
Things absolutely did not go as planned, and I changed my project idea multiple times. In the end, a combination of procrastination, executive dysfunction, depression, and inability to focus left me with nothing to work with and little time to put something together. I learned a lot about myself. I also learned a lot of new art mediums and started looking at it with an even broader perspective. This year I learned a lot, and with learning changes your perspective of things... It makes you better! (1) ·
I learned to tackle my computer better. I learned how to make a website and that was not really what I had in mind, but I came out with a better outcome from this. It was trial and error. (1) ·

Well I learned how to embroider, and a bunch of other little skills like that. I also have been able to explore subcultures that I enjoy through fashion, and making mainly jewelry based off of them. It, over all, was a really fun project and I got to know myself better through it. (1) ·
